If Allow Waitlist is set to YES on the Class Record, RAMCO will automatically manage the waitlist until the Automated Promotion Cutoff Date on the Class record arrives. After that point, you can manually manage the waitlist. Below is a screenshot of the Automated Promotion Cutoff Date and the Allow Waitlist field below:
Steps to Manually Manage Waitlist
These steps should be only be taken when the date in the Waitlist Automated Promotion cutoff field shown above has passed and you wish to move somebody from the Waitlist into the Class.
- Navigate to class with waitlist registrations
- Open a contact from within the waitlist subgrid
3. Toggle 'Waitlisted' to 'No' and save record
