- Contact - Link to contact associated with the payment record.
- Account - Link to account associated with the payment record.
- Amount - Total amount of the payment.
- Unapplied Amount - Amount of payment available to be used for orders and invoices.
- Authorized By - This field is used to distinguish which user is responsible for the creation of a payment that occurred as a result of a wizard process. In the case of a portal process it is set to the user used to authenticate to CRM. If it is a wizard process then it is set to the user who launched the ISV process.
SUMMARY
- Payment Number - This field is auto-populated with a number after the first save of the record.
- Contact - Link to contact associated with the payment record.
- Account - Link to account associated with the payment record.
- Payment Type - This field is a dropdown for either a Credit Card, Cash, or Check payment type.
- Amount - The field is for the amount of the payment.
- Manual Batch - This field is used in the creation of batch items. The logic first uses manual batch assignment, then batch definitions, and finally the default batch. It might be used on import of a list of payments from a 3rd party.
- Bulk Renewal Import - This field is auto-populated with an automatically assigned ID when a payment is identified as a payment created through the Bulk Renewal Import process.
- Association ID - eCommerce needs the association ID for the association authorizing the payment.
BILLING INFORMATION (The first two fields display always, but the remainder will appear for credit card payments only.)
- Credit Card First Name - First name on the Credit Card provided.
- Credit Card Last Name - Last name on the Credit Card provided.
- Same As - Shows the wizard selection of if an existing billing or mailing address was used or if a unique address was entered.
- Street 1- This field is for the street 1 of the credit card holder.
- Street 2 - This field is for the street 2 of the credit card holder.
- City - This field is for the city of the credit card holder.
- State/Province - This field is a lookup to the state or province the credit card holder.
- Zip/Postal Code - This field is for the zip code or postal code of the credit card holder.
- Country - This field is a lookup to the country of the credit card holder.
- Unapplied Amount - This field is the amount that is unapplied to an order or an invoice.
- Applied Amount - This field is the amount that is applied to an order or an invoice.
- Refunded Amount - This field is the amount that is refunded. There should be a corresponding refund record for this amount.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION (The bottom two fields display always, but the remainder will appear for credit card payments only.)
- Card Type - Displays the accepted card type used.
- Card Number - Displays the last 4 digits of the card the remainder characters are x.
- Expiration Date - Expiration date on the card.
- Name on Card - Full name of the credit card holder.
- Transaction ID (EC Control) - EC Control number authorizing and recording payment in eCommerce.
- Association Request ID - This field should auto-populate once the payment is processed from eCommerce.
- Credit Card Transaction Date - Date the credit card payment was processed.
Check
- Check Account Holder - This field is for the check account holder's name.
- Check Number - This field is for the check number.
- Check Date - This is a date field for the date on the check.
- Check Memo - This is a field for the check memo.
- Date Received - This is a date field for the date the check was received.
ECOMMERCE REQUEST SUMMARY SUB-GRID - Displays all related ecommerce request summaries.
Refunds Sub-Grid - Displays all related refund records.
Pending Sales Order Payment Sub-Grid - Displays all related pending sales order records.
Invoice Payments Sub-Grid - Displays all related invoice payments.
Batch Items Sub-Grid - Displays all batch items related to the payment.
General Ledger Account Entries Sub-Grid - Displays all related GL account entries related to the payment.
