Create a Class Instructor Record

Class instructor records can be created and linked to classes following the steps below.

Navigate to Education and under Class Set Up select Class Instructors

Click the New button in the ribbon tool bar for a blank class instructor form.

Fill out the form and click Save.

  • Name--The name of the instructor record. Usually the full name of the instructor.
  • Contact---A lookup to the contact record for the instructor in the system if the instructor is a contact.
  • User---A look up to the user record for the instructor in the system if the instructor is a user.
  • Biography---Information about the instructor. The information in this field will be displayed on the portal on the Class Detail page.

On the left side tool bar click on the Classes link under Common.

In the ribbon bar, click the Add Existing Class button.

In the ribbon bar, click the Add Existing Class button.

From the lookup select any Classes that use that Class Instructor.
