Issue: In the Membership Application Wizard, there are no Associations in the Association dropdown OR no member types in the member type dropdown OR a specific member type is missing from the drop-down.
Resolution:
A) Verify the Member Type field Display on Portal is toggled to Yes
B) Verify the organization has Membership Application Fees, otherwise no Member Types will appear in the drop-down in the Membership Application Wizard. Steps to verify are below:
- Go to Membership - Member Setup - Member Types
- Click on the affected Member Type
- If you see no Application Fees in the right-hand sub-grid, add one and fill all the needed fields.
- If you do see any fees, verify the required fields are filled out and the Dates are set up correctly
