Why Didn’t My Member Get a Dues Bill?

Issue: An individual member did not get billed for dues OR an office received the bill for an individual when they were not supposed to. 

Cause:

The Dues Billing Responsibility field on the membership record is set Office Only rather than Individual of Office, which sets the corresponding field on the Order to the same value

 

Troubleshooting:

  1. Open the membership record for the member
  2. Verify that the Dues Billing Responsibility field is set to Office Only. If it is but should not be, change it to Individual or Office.

3. Open the Order that is not visible on the portal.

4. Verify that the Dues Billing Responsibility field is set to Office Only. If it is but should not be, change it to Individual or Office. If you cannot because the field is locked, bulk edit this field change in an Advanced Find Query. If you are still unable to make the change, contact support. We'll look into the issue.
