An individual member did not get billed for dues OR an office received the bill for an individual when they were not supposed to.
The membership record is set up to bill the account/office rather than the individual member.
- Open the membership record for the member
- Verify that the Account field is filled in
Resolving the Issue:
To resolve the issue, go to the dues item and then the order associated with the dues item. Open the order and swap the customer from the Account/Office to the correct member.
