Why Didn't the Apply Late Fee or Deactivate Workflow Work?

Issue:

The Apply Late Fee or Deactivate workflow failed.

 

Resolution:

The workflow may have failed due to unpaid pending dues items that are related to canceled orders.

Troubleshooting:

  1. Open an Advanced Find query.
  2. Look For: Dues Items
  3. Add the following details to the query
    1. Dues Cycle Equals – the cycle the workflow was run on
    2. Status Equals Active
    3. Date Paid Does Not Contain Data
    4. Under the Related section, choose Order
    5. Under Order, add Status Equals Canceled

Resolving the Issue:

If the query produces results, the dues items will need to be either deactivated or deleted. After they are updated, run the workflow again.
