Updating Your Headshot On the Portal

Customers can update the headshot that is displayed on their profile on their own. A staff member is not needed to update the headshot.

When a customer does not have any headshot set, a placeholder will appear informing the customer that they can upload a picture.

The customer can drag and drop a picture from their computer onto the placeholder. The site will automatically upload the picture and set it as the customer’s headshot. Note that the customer may need to refresh the page to see the change take effect. The customer can also click on their headshot (or placeholder) to bring up a file selection window. The chosen picture will be uploaded and set as the customer’s headshot.

The customer can also replace their existing headshot in the same way. Simply drag and drop a picture onto the existing headshot to replace it.
