To Clone a dues cycle:
1) Navigate to the Cycle that you are cloning
2) Click Clone Dues Cycle from the Toolbar. This will open the Clone Dues Cycle wizard
3) Set the values that you would like, including the name of the new cycle, the Duration Type, the Begin and End Dates of the cycle (If Dated Duration Type) or the Term and Term Units (if Termed ), and the Billing Year
4) Click Continue
5) Click Continue Again
6) Navigate back to the Active Dues Cycles view. You will be able to see the cycle you just cloned
7) Open that cycle. You will see that it has copied the original cycle exactly (except for prorations), including master and schedule queries as well as products. You can now begin to change any values that need editing, including queries, product lookups, late fees, and more. You will still need to reset the prorations as you would like them set.
