How to Update the Signature & Name on the Course Completion Certificate

Navigate to the appropriate Course Provider Record.

The Certification Report Title is where some Associations enter the name of the Instructor, so that is where you will make a name change.  To add or update the Signature that appears on the Certificate, scroll down to the Notes Section.

Create a new Note named "Signature", and Attach a PNG or JPEG of the Signature.  Save the Course Provider Record.  To update a Signature, simply Attach the new file.

Troubleshooting Tip -

If the signature is not rendering on the certificate report, the file may be too big. Resize the file to make it smaller. The Microsoft Paint Application is one option that can be used to resize the photo file.
