For some RAMCO Organizations (like Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors) the local MLS board is managed by the Realtor board.
So, payments to the MLS board are sent and received using the Realtor board's NAR Ecommerce account.
To ensure that payments for the MLS association do not fail when being sent to NAR Ecommerce, the MLS association must not have an M1 ID on its association record.
The steps below detail how to remove the M1 (NRDS) ID from the MLS Association Record.
Navigate to the managed MLS Association record
Select Settings > Settings > Open the settings record
Select the dropdown arrow > Associations Managed
Select the MLS association record
Remove the M1 ID from the association record
Remove the M1 ID from the highlighted field. This will also remove the ID from the upper right corner.
Save the record and the changes will be implemented.
