General
- Contact - Lookup field to an existing contact or where a new contact can be created.
- Class - Lookup field to an existing class or where a new class can be created.
- Registration Fee - Lookup field to an existing registration fee or where a new registration fee can be created.
- Meeting Registration - Lookup field to an existing meeting registration or where a new meeting registration can be created.
- Form Response - This is a lookup to a form response, if applicable.
- Hide On Portal - A toggle to specify if this meeting should be viewable via the portal.
- Registered By - The contact that started the registration process responsible for the creation of this record.
- Authorized By - The CRM user who authorized this Class Registration.
Attendance & Results
- Registration Paid - Indicator of whether the Order related to this Class Registration is Paid.
- Attended - A toggle to specify whether or not the attendee has attended the class.
- Class Completion Date - The date the Class was completed. Either set to End Date of the Class, otherwise, it will be set to the Date the Attended field was set to Yes.
- Grade - The grade earned from completing the class.
Waitlist Tab
- Waitlisted - Toggle this field to Yes to put the contact on the waitlist.
- Waistlist Number - If the Waitlisted field is toggled to Yes, and the max attendance is reached, this number will auto-populate with the next available number in the waitlist.
Note: To appropriately use the waitlist functionality, verify the Allow Waitlist field on the Class record is toggled to Yes.
