If you are having trouble processing a payment and receiving an error saying something along the lines of the number cannot contain spaces or dashes, or if you see in your EQ Request Summaries this message:
“Settlement failed. The transaction was declined by the credit card company. Verify the CC number and try again. If it persists, you will have to use an alternate credit card."
You may want to check the with the customer to verify that the info used in the payment profile is correct.
