Occasionally it may be necessary to refresh the data from NRDS in your RAMCO CRM system. To do so, you'll have to log into NRDS and provide us with a file containing their current data. The steps are below.
The NRDS refresh will update these records:
Contacts
Memberships
Accounts (Offices)
Office Memberships
As well as create any member financials/education records that aren't in your system.

Here are the steps. Please do not complete them now. Complete them at around COB with a day the RAMCO Support Team is available to assist and send us the results.
To provide us with these files here are the steps:
NRDS Batch Refresh (recommended to be completed at EOB)
1) Log in to NRDS on realtor.org: https://secure.realtor.org/nrdslogi.nsf/LoginUserInfo
2) Choose to connect to NRDS as a POE
3) Choose "Batch Refresh" from the lower left
4) Choose a comma separated format, containing all secondary records, and choose to email the file to yourself.
5) Click "Refresh Now" to create the file
6) When you receive the file in email, simply attach it to this ticket in a comment, or if unsuccessful due to size (10mb for zendesk) you can email it to me instead (20mb for email).
If it is bigger than 20mb, we will send you a link to a secure web folder where you can upload it to.
