As part of the form designer wizard you can add multiple sections to a single page text or question page. The steps for adding a section are the same for these page types.
By Default each page contains a section. To edit this section you can click Edit
In order to add additional sections click Add Section under the Add Controls (Unmapped) heading.
The new section will appear with a default numeric title click edit to update.
Enter the desired information and click Save Section
Section Label - A heading for the section to display on the portal if desired
Display Section Label - Set to Yes to show the label on the portal. Set to No to hide the section label
Section Sort Order (Advanced Options) - Determine the order in which multiple sections will be displayed.
